Shipping occurred as stated on the website , so that was welcome. Also products work well. Instruction videos and various facts on the website were helpful as well. My only complaint would be that the price is higher than I would like.

Doppler came in the mail pretty fast.

The order process was smooth and quick. I was excited when it came, the items were packaged well. I also liked that they offered extra gel and I know it’ll be used. My only complaint is that I paid for 2 day shipping and took over a week. However, when I contacted the company, they refunded my shipping fees. So overall the ordering and receiving process wasn’t too bad. So far using the item has been easy and exactly what I expected.

Happy that the Doppler works! It's give me peace of mind. The only thing I question is how accurate the heat rate numbers actually are but the fact you can hear the heat rate is relieving and not something to harp on.

Has given me so much peace of mind to be able to hear her heart beat between appointments! I wish it told you that later in pregnancy and for overweight women you should get a 2mhz but other than that it’s fantastic!

It was easy to use, however i wish the app was a bit better it says it records the heart rate on the app and you can send it to someone but it does not work.

I have a high risk pregnancy and this gives me piece of mind between my appointments.
