Hi Madeline, Thank you for sharing how you feel. We completely understand how concerning your order’s delay might have been. We refunded your shipping cost since the package wasn’t delivered in the timeframe agreed to. We also want to clarify the reason behind the change of resolution for the issue. Your order appeared to be lost at the time the replacement was offered, until the carrier informed us that they were experiencing delays due to a high volume of orders, but that the package would still arrive. Since creating a replacement would lengthen the wait for you, it was best to wait for the delivery of the original order. It looks like there are updates and an ETA already available for your package. We want to extend our sincerest apologies for the long wait time, and assure you that this is not a normal occurrence. Hi Paola, Baby Doppler is safe to use, it's FDA approved and used by many internationally but, we respect your decision and will issue a return label to process a refund.
