Wouldn’t bother even thinking about buying this!! It does not give the correct water to powder ratio to the point it made my baby lose a lot of weight. it’s not sterile and does not filter or heat the water to a safe temperature! Absolutely disgusting biggest waste of money and has caused a large amount of babies to have gastroenteritis!! This is a fact!!! Avoid at alllllll costs the few minutes it saves you costs your babies health and ends in a lot of time in hospital!

Getting help was even more frustrating than the product failure. I called customer service and got no reply. I tried WhatsApp and got no reply. I submitted the customer request form and heard nothing back. Eventually I got an email response, but it asked me to try a list of "fixes" that I had already told them I'd tried. Over several emails they kept asking me to try additional things and send videos and photos, which I did each time. After all of that, they now say they need to collect the unit for their technical team to assess it before sending a replacement. A product that fails within a month is bad enough. Days of chasing support just to be told to wait longer is not what you want from a baby product company, especially when you need a working bottle warmer every day. I'd think twice before buying, and I hope they improve their support.

It has been 11 days since I placed the order for Formula Pro and was told it would be delivered in 2-3 days max. After reaching out to their customer service team I was told that product was out of stock (while it shows available on their website). Since then I didn’t receive my order and their customer support agents are just useless columns sitting in the office keep telling customers that shipment is delayed and nothing else.

Horrible products, my brezza spin started smoking and they weren’t very accommodating

Poor customer service. Slow responses. Burdensome “requirements” to get replacement. I purchased the bottle washer pro at the end of May. Two months later the washer shows error codes E4 and E5, and stops drying partway through when it is running. This was a well-cleaned and maintained unit. There is no reason I should be having to research ways to fix it myself online as a new mom. When I reached out to product warranty, they said I must send a video cutting the cord of the bottle washer to decommission the unit before they move forward with the replacement. #1 I now need to wait for the new bottle washer to arrive and have no unit in the interim or even a tracking number for the replacement. #2: if I was seeking resale of the faulty bottle washer, it costs nothing to replace a cut cord to begin with so I am really shaking my head at this instruction. This “policy” is ridiculous.

I would give no stars if I could. I received a baby breeza formula maker from a friend at my baby shower. I mostly breastfeed and would use my breeza once a day or every other day so it wasn’t used very often. It stopped working and I reached out to baby breeza to use my warranty. I provided videos of what was wrong with my machine and proof and purchase what they requested for and still told me they were unable to proceed with a replacement of the parts under warranty. Don’t buy baby breeza unless you want to waste your money.

Bought a baby breeza portable, worked once then would not charge or turn on. Reached out to the company 3 times and did not get a response back. Terrible service. Would not recommend.

We’ve gone through three of these with two kids. They last about 6 months. Shame on me for buying a second and a third! Total crap. Buy another brand, please!
