The gown and bonnet were even more beautiful in person. The material and soft and light. This will definitely be a timeless gown that we treasure and use as an heirloom. I experienced the greatest customer service representative when I had a problem with the gown. A brand new gown was sent to me overnight so that my sisters baby could wear it home from the hospital. I can not say enough about how beautiful and soft the gown and bonnet are and how much customer service went above and beyond.
