Christening outfits as precious as the memories of the day!
The Henry Bubble Romper and Hat are for my grandson’s baptism. The quality is exceptional and the style is classic. We were familiar with your company since we’d purchased a christening gown for our granddaughter. I have not received my item and I’ve…
I have not received my item and I’ve been calling and calling for a refund and no one answers. I paid $157 and it’s unfair that my sons christening is this week Sunday. He doesn’t have anything to wear and I just lost out on $157.

Hi there, We are very sorry to hear that you had not received your order and have not been able to get in touch with us regarding your order. We are available in office Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm and are happy to help with any concerns you have! We have looked up your order, and see that FedEx notes delivery on 7/8 to the front door, but unfortunately you did not receive the package. We will be happy to have a replacement sent out to you to be delivered in time for your event this weekend, and have also reached out to you by email to help resolve this for you. Again, we are very sorry that you did not receive your order, unfortunately we do know that package theft of deliveries is becoming a larger issue, and sadly probably the case with your original package. We do hope that we are able to get this issue resolved for you and do want you to have a positive experience with our company! Beautiful item, would have loved a bit more for the cost
The shipping was seamless and the item was gorgeous! Thank you! I do think that including the cap with the jumper for $120 (or even a discounted price e.g., $15 versus $29) would be nice. That's all.

This is the second time I have purchased from Beau and Belle. There service is great and products beautiful. Could not fault. Only took a few days to arrive in Australia. My go to for Christening outfits.
