We received the babimate timely. But I was extremely happy about was the support, service and kindness. I bought one for my grandson, not realizing it was the wrong color for a boy. I asked them to exchange for another. No hassle at all! They asked me to donate the one I had. Wow! Truly amazed fir a wonderful experience.
