I never received my item and the despite me numerous attempts to reach out and speak to someone no one ever replied to my emails

Auto reply did not respond, and my photos were not put in my heart pendant, it was already being delivered by the time i had sent the photos through

The waiting time was awful they need to add different options I don’t mind paying more for better delivery

My package has been in Houston for a week or more and it was estimated to be here last Friday

I placed an order with this company via Etsy in 2021. In the past week, they have started sending me emails. The thing is, I never opted in for marketing communications, so this is an absolute violation of CAN-SPAM. Also, I placed an order through Etsy, not their site, and I never messaged them. They took information from Etsy and, without authorization, began violating the CAN-SPAM act by contacting me and subscribing me to a list I didn't implicitly sign up for or give my consent to them for. I received the first email on 9/20, then 9/22 and another one today. And I shouldn't have to go through the process of trying to unsubscribe from something I never signed up for. Total violation of privacy. I actually like the product I purchased through Etsy, but based on this move, I will not be making future purchases. not cool at all.

Not pleased with the products. Very disappointed that it is exchange only.
