I didn't recive my order

Ich habe die Ware bezahlt aber leider nicht erhalten. Das habe ich Ihnen im Dezember bereits geschrieben. Sie haben bis heute nicht reagiert. Das Paket war beschädigt, dass hat DHL bestätigt. Ich habe die Ware nicht erhalten und bitte um Rückzahlung. Da Sie nicht reagiert haben, müsste ich einen Antrag auf Käuferschutz stellen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

I have been trying to return my package even before it was delivered and it has been a solid week of trying to get into contact with the Babeina support team and still NOTHING! I've sent three emails and two texts with no luck, I'm debating if I want to just send the package or wait to make sure I don't lose both the necklaces and my money! Please DO BETTER!

I placed my order on July 3rd + it hasn’t even been shipped yet as of July 19th. Furthermore, customer service will not respond to my requests for an update. But you want me to do a survey? Utterly disappointed.
