The Customer Service has been exceptional for anything I need. Questions with orders or calling about technical issues with instal they have your back 100% & want to be there to help you succeed! Love love love this company!!

I didnt even want to give them 1 star. There product is the worst, doesn't even feel like human hair. Used it 1 time curled it and looks terrible. Never will I use it.

Luci is an absolute pleasure to work with. No matter what comes up, whether it's pricing questions, inventory challenges, or helping us navigate customer issues, she's always there with a positive attitude and a willingness to help. What stands out most is that she truly cares. You can hear the smile in her voice every time you talk with her. She's responsive, knowledgeable, and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure both our team and our customers are taken care of. We're grateful for her partnership and all the support she provides. Luci makes our job easier, and she's a big part of why we enjoy working with Babe.

I reached out to customer service because a color I ordered was a lot darker than the swatch I had. They responded quickly within the same day. It turns out they have updated some of their colors over the last few years. The rep not only explained which colors and how they changed them, she also offered to send me an updated ring.

I was replied to in a very fast time. I was nicely taken care of and smoothly was able to get my questions worked out. Than you Luci!

Luci C is an actual dreamboat and helped me with an issue I was having with a separate company I purchased a Babe Mastery class through. It’s evident from their customer service that this company goes above and beyond for its customers! Thank you again, Luci! 💖

I had a question and i was actually the one who was in the wrong yet they accommodated me because of the confusion. This is the kind of thing that keeps people coming back and wanting to do business. I’m a huge fan of this brand!

Luci is exceptional at her job. Whether its a quick question or a large order Luci is always incredibly helpful and fast. She definitely knows what she is doing and is extremely kind. She is wonderful to work with, and I am lucky to have her as my go to person at Babe. Luci you are fantastic. Thank you!
