The window attached to the mask that is supposed to be clear is not at all clear.

I didn't know one of the mask had a thing you fasten behind your neck so I won't be wearing that. The other mask that has the clear plastic over the eyes, you can't see clearly out of so this order is a complete waste of my money.

I ordered a fairly large amount of items from babecloth.com & paid for express shipping (3-7 day express). My total was $105.50 after a discount for the large order. My order showed label created with fed-ex shipping out of CA on July 3rd at 6:57am, after 4 days of no movement I started emailing babecloth & they gave excuse after excuse (COVID, Express co. had not sent, etc) all the while my account order listed “unfulfilled”. Once I brought this up, they immediately sent me a tracking email with the same fed-ex #, changed the order info & the tracking link was to auspost which shows no such # exisits. Meanwhile the fed-ex package still hasn’t moved as of today 7/15. I have sent multiple emails then when I provided screenshots they stopped responding & I have no product & have not received a refund (they refused a shipping refund that I asked for because they say they paid the express co.-for what I don’t know). The link to the “warehouse/distribution center” on the fed-ex shows photos of what appears to be an abandoned building with grass & weeds all grown up around it. I am so beyond angry & want my money back but I guess I’m out of luck but I will be posting bad reviews wherever I possibly can & I will be making a BBB complaint!

Ordered almost a month ago and payed for 3-7 day delivery. Still nothing. No communication unless I initiate it. Australia Post tracking number that is not recognized. Very disappointing.

The plastic shield is scratched and foggy. Useless. Prior inquiries to "BABECLOTH.com" and the 3 other entities that they involved eventually in a shuffle of funds, etc,, were not answered. They are: "womenshoppingonline", through order "LULUs #19380", and "GEEKO TECH" that submitted for payment to PayPal. I am protesting the payment.

Mask is not well made and a basically piece of crap. Waste of money.

My face mask shields arrived all scratched up and one with a deep puncture in it.

It took a long time before I received the order. Much to my dismay, the masks are useless. The lower part is too long and covers part of the eyes. Since it’s a flat fit, the clear vinyl part hurts the bridge of your nose and lacks flexibility. Totally inadequate for people who wear eyeglasses. Causes the glasses to fog up. Regardless of how much you try to adjust to fit better, the mask doesn’t work. I ordered three. None of them work. Waste of money and waste of time.
