This company is a thief. I paid $18.99 for expressing shipping (5-12 days) on July 1st. It is now August 4th and there’s still no word from them. They respond every couple days with a generic “we cannot offer refund. Contact the shipping company”. I did. They haven’t received anything either. Complete crooks. I don’t know how anyone here is dealing with them. Stay away. Any advise on how to get my money back, contacting legal counsel?

The face masks are very small. The elastic straps bend your ears. Truly a regrettable purchase. The patterns are not near as pretty as shown online. Buyer beware.

I didnt Like the shipment method it said from 5 yo 22 days but it took more than a month never buying again Like the different mask but it tales for ever to arrive

If I can give this company 0 stars I would. It is a big scam they don't have any product whatsoever all they have is this website that should be taken down immediately. Don't bother giving them your credit card number, big mistake they will charge you and double charge you and you will never receive anything. I'm not sure how they got 3.1 stars on their website but if you look under Google you will see they have a rating of 1.2 stars. This company should be taken down. Company appears to be located out of Compton California, I highly doubt that though but I will check when I go there next week and God help them if I see them. In the meantime if there are any hackers out there you should take the site down I'm sure these people are robbing us millions of dollars during this pandemic total BS

Garbage. The mask I received has a broken nose clamp. One side of the clamp is attached to the mask but the other side is out. I tried to put it back in but it will not stay. Just poor quality Chinese product. Have since purchased other masks elsewhere.

I am very disappointed in one of the masks that I received. There was a white line down the middle of the mask where the die obviously have not gone into the material. I could not believe that someone could have sown this mask and not seen the obvious damage. Nor could I believe that it was actually sent to me. I have asked for a new mask to be sent to me because I cannot wear that mask. I will look like a skunk wherever I go and will draw attention to my face. Babe clock has offered me a 30% refund which is absolutely not acceptable. They are not willing to send me a new mask and I will make sure that this lack of quality control and lack of customer support will be made known.
