When I placed my order for 3 masks I was promised 3 free filters as well. They were never sent, every time I inquired a response unrelated was given. After 3 attempts I was offered a credit which I accepted as there was no other choice. Customer service is unacceptable.

Extremely late versus what was stated on website. Customer service via email is poor. Two emails same company saying two completely different things as per shipping dates. Product has only been worn one day, so far ok

Took way longer to receive than expected. I paid for expedited shipping. More importantly, it does NOT fit well. Fits loosely around my face, fogs up when I breathe, and plastic shield does not fit the contour of the face.

I ordered 4 masks with the plastic shields built in, 4 different colors. I was drawn to the photo where the mask fits the model perfectly and the shield touches her forehead all the way around for great eye protection. I got 4 different colors and they're all different sizes and shapes! Only 1 fits like in the photo; the others have much bigger shields that stick way out in front and offer little protection. The one that fits right is also the only one I can see out of--the plastic is cloudy and scratched up on the others. On all of them the fabric isn't wide enough to stretch down over the chin. These masks are not good if you wear glasses. The one thing i do like is the filters that came with them. It took a LONG time for them to arrive and I'm very disappointed. I'd like to return 3 of them.
