No chance to use Public IP address once you install Linux instance, only Private IP address is listed. Spent enough time to bring me into stress. All manuals I found from Microsoft are never compatible with their updated Azure interfaces. So what is the purpose of posting them ?

Il est hyper compliqué de mettre des services en place sur Azure. J’ai abandonner au bout de 5 essais. De plus la facturation est obscure, sur le papier on vous parle de quelques euros par mois, dans le réel c’est toujours des centaines. De plus le « support » Microsoft n’est là que pour vendre. Si vous avez un soucis, ils vous orientent vers des prestataires qui vous factureront beaucoup en profitant du fait que justement ce soit compliqué d’utiliser Azure. Cette expérience reflète la réalité de mon utilisation du site + appels support.

Lost access to my Azure account due to Microsoft no longer supporting verification codes via non-SMS phone lines, which my identity verification was configured for. Spent a whole day trying to get help to recover my account. Finally got a hold of an employee who sent me a link where I could file a trouble ticket. Filed a trouble ticket and did not get any helpful response (let alone resolution) since I filed it days ago. Pleaded in the ticket for someone to just call me in order to get the issue resolved. Nobody called. It's reprehensible that Microsoft doesn't provide access to live humans for urgent support issues. I can't even login to pay my Azure services bill! I had to migrate my hosting services to Amazon because Microsoft completely locked me out of my account, for no fault of my own, with no way to resolve the problem. It is sickening how much time I wasted on what normally could be resolved with a quick phone call to a real live support person.

Azure is horrible. Been charged for a service i dint subscribe or authorize. AWS or Google cloud is much better.
