How long does it take..
My subscription order was placed and charged over 2 weeks ago And my other hasn’t even been sent as of yet Not cool!! As a regular customer and consumer I would think that you would be a bit more speedy on the recovering of your product

Great products
Great products. Tried out a new scent and it smells and works as well as the pet Odor eliminator we have been using. The shipping was fast as usual. Contacted the company cause 1 of the products was missing and there was an immediate response and sending the missing product quickly. Great customer service and great company overall. Love
I love this product. My father has a lung disease and we can’t use candle or things very perfume smell. So this has been great taking care of odors without all the covering up smells that go with the traditional air fresheners. I have it all over my home and in my car. Love them!

Great product
Great product! My sister came to visit and her exact words were "You can't even tell you have a dog!" I highly recommend this product

Quick Easy Resolution from Customer Service
I contacted Azuna for a replacement spray bottle head because mine wasn't working. They responded quickly and resolved the issue by placing an order for a replacement head for me. Very satisfied with the customor service response and resolution.

Why no entry level kits available for evaluation.
I have a difficult time buying from a company whose products are pricey and don't offer a less expensive starter or sample price option. The products may be superb, but I feel strong-armed into having to buy something without the opportunity to purchase it at an entry-level price. Make reasonably priced sampler kits available & I'm in. Until then, I'm on the sidelines.
