Incredibly easy to order and super prompt order response and shipping - love your products! ... but just checked tracking with USPS and my package is not expected to arrive until the 20th (I placed my order on the 10th)! In the past I've always gotten my shipment within 3-4 days of placing my order which is fabulous service. I know you don't have control over USPS but their service has declined. Might want to consider new methods of shipment. 10 days to get my order ... boo!!

I love Azusa but my last order of sugar have been split open it had opened split and escaped the box I did not call this time since it has happened three times so far.
