Qr code not working
Qr code not working, everytime i scan qr code it says already redeemed for 3 different voucher code. I sent multilple forms/mails via their site since 3 days and still have no answer.

HELP ME
It's impossible to contact the support, if I click on "Contact us" it will redirect on "paperform" company?! I can't redeem a voucher, it say always "Invalid BTC address" also with severals diffrent BTC address.. I don't know who can fix this bug because is impossible to contact the company.

I bought Azteco Lightning vouchers…
I bought Azteco Lightning vouchers worth 450 euros. A voucher could be redeemed. The other not.. I have tried several wallets that were recommended on the site.. I have chosen browsers and settings as described on the Azte.co Help page. Nothing works.. I filled out the help form a week ago. There's just nothing coming. The matter just isn't being clarified. I have error logs from the wallet operators that all say it's a routing problem from Azteco. It may be the positive one with the positive ones. Reviews Everything worked out but I have a loss of 300 euros here and it doesn't interest Azteco. Update: I reached out to Azteco Support via email address not via Help formular. they contacted us several times within two hours and apologized for the technical issues. I was given new vouchers that could be redeemed immediately. thanks to support. so there are also more stars in the review

Never recieved bitcoin
I bought a 50 EUR voucher, said that it couldn't reach azte.co to recieve the funds. Tried again a few hours later and it said that it had already been redeemed, I never received the funds. Tried contacted support through the help page, never received any reply after over a week. Used before, no issues, shame things like this happen sometimes which make it untrustworthy for me to use
