Our company started a business relationship with Azer in the "middle" of the COVID pandemic, as a means to help bridge the gap for consumables we saw were hard to source. Since then, we have found that they have a great array of products and can even source products that they do not carry on their website with great pricing. As time goes on, we find ourselves growing our business relationship with Azer and have had no issues with the quality of the products we have obtained from them. Their shipping is great and we haven't experienced any issues with getting our items in a reasonable time frame. Our sales representative, Tim, is knowledgeable on a wide array of goods that Azer carries and will look into any item you would like him to and will do so quickly. I can only imagine, if I have issues in the future, Tim and the Azer team would have them handled rapidly, but given that has yet to happen I suspect it is unlikely that we will experience any issues.

Their customer service is fantastic. They are quick to respond and care about your needs and your client's needs. They're prompt, thorough and a step above the rest! Tim B. is our rep and he has always followed through on what he said he would do.

Great people to work with and on time delivery

Azer has been very dependable with their supplies, in a time that not many companies are. We come to Azer to solve many of our backorder issues and they have not disappointed yet. We have a great rep, Alicia, who is super friendly and responsive and makes ordering quick and easy.

Everyone at Azer Scientific are wonderful. But I want to note that Jamie Yarger is always quick to respond to orders placed or questions asked. She is always kind and helpful and I think she is pretty darn Amazing!

I've always had a great experience with Azer. Stephen, our rep, has always responded quickly to my questions. He notifies me when Azer has promotions and is knowledgeable about their products and equipment. We have a couple of supplies on standing order, and everything is always on time with the right quantities—a genuinely reliable company.

They have great products, highly recommend!
