I had a terrible experience with AZDOME! I bought AZDOME M550 Pro and it came broken "Order DLZ3820" , and I recently placed an order for an Arpha K03-2P, which came with a "buy one, get one free" deal. My payment went through, and I received a confirmation email "APP1015". However, just two days later, my order was canceled without any explanation! To make matters worse, they haven’t even processed my refund yet. And to be honest, I don’t want the refund. I wanted the product that I paid for and was promised! It’s incredibly unprofessional to cancel an order without giving a reason or even informing the customer properly. I’ll be sharing this experience on all my social media platforms to warn others about how poorly they handle customers. I wouldn't recommend AZDOME.COM / AZDOMEVIP.COM at all! #BadService #Disappointed #OrderCancelled #CustomerServiceFail
