AZDOME Customer Service Is Extremely Disappointing I purchased an AZDOME M550 MAX dash camera, but I am extremely disappointed with the customer service. The camera itself works and I can view the recorded videos directly on the camera. However, I cannot view or download the recorded videos through the phone app. The files simply remain stuck on “Loading…”. I also tried another phone and experienced exactly the same problem. I contacted AZDOME customer support about this issue. They replied the next day and asked me to provide the purchase invoice, serial number and other details. I provided everything they requested, including the PDF invoice, immediately. However, it has now been almost a week and I have received absolutely no further response. I am simply asking for help with a basic function of a dash camera that I have paid for. If the camera or app has a problem, I expect the manufacturer to at least explain what is wrong and how to fix it. The lack of communication and customer support is extremely disappointing. I would not expect this level of customer service from a company selling safety-related products such as dash cameras. I hope AZDOME will finally respond and provide a proper solution. Not recommended based on my customer service experience.

nach etwas über 2 Jahren Akku defekt ! Nach Kritik - ein neues Gerät bekommen ! so soll es sein ! Kann man also nix falsch machen....

Katastrophe! Lasst lieber die Finger weg und gebt etwas mehr Geld aus für eine ordentliche Cam! Spart euch die Zeit, den Ärger und im Endeffekt bares Geld! Meine "Cam" startet seit ungefähr drei Monaten aller zehn Sekunden neu, anscheinend wird kein Signal gefunden. Wenn man jetzt denkt "He, im Hintergrund suchen wäre doch spitzenmäßig, dann kann das Teil wenigstens die Verkehrssituation aufnehmen"... Vergesst es! mind. 20 Minuten mit ununterbrochenen nervigen Gedudel... Jedesmal! Immer! Man kommt am Zielort an und das Teil hat es immer noch nicht gebacken bekommen, dafür hat man Hass in der Jacke und der Kopf qualmt. Wer denkt sich so etwas aus?! Die Wifi-Verbindung ist auch absolut unterirdisch! Ständig bricht es ab. Man kann übrigens auch keine Einstellung ändern die nicht vorhanden ist. Der letzte Mist! Ich breche im Strahl! :/ Heute hab ich endlich mal Zeit zu Bewerten. Ich hoffe die Entwickler nehmen sich das mal zu Herzen und beheben diesen Murks!

Love the product! Had one peice break in a year. Contacted support and same day recieved a reply. They are replacing the part for free. Extremely rare for customer service this good!

Ich hatte mir eine Dashcam gekauft, bei der ich Probleme mit der Einstellung hatte. Der Service hatte eine Vermutung und mir umgehend eine passende, neue SD Card zugesandt. Problem war behoben. Top Service.

Bestelling niet geleverd en na aanbod geld retour. Nou mooi niet nog steeds niets ontvangen. Inmiddels werkt hun mail niet meer admin@bbqgrills en geven ze weer een anders vestegings locatie op. Weer een woonhuis midden in een random wijk. Grote oplichters niets bij bestellingen

Amazing customer service. My cable that plugs in the car broke off and they rapidly sent me a replacement. Quick, helpful, and efficient. The overall dashcam works great and I highly recommend it.

Je me fais voler mon colis à Noël. Refus de remboursement! Et ils persistent! J’ai fais un signalement signal conso car achat via la plateforme AliExpress. Dommage que je ne puisse pas publier les screen de l’application. Je vais choisir une autre marque ! Et faites pareil.
