This site is full of copyright infringements of hard working artists. They purport to be out of Texas but are really out of Vietnam. Other reviews state that the products are poorly made. Stay away.

I gave it one star only because I had to give it something. It's not deserving of any stars at all. What I got bears very little resemblance to the picture shown in their ad. I'm not going to bother trying to get my money back because I've just read a review stating that they'll require me to return the rug...to China...at my expense and might refund as much as 30% of the cost. Right. I don't trust them to refund a dime. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I've been HAD by AZCozy too! This company is an absolute SCAM and I can't even get anyone to contact me back after I sent them the actual definition of a rug/carpet. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCT! It is like they took a picture of the real item and then did a print on to fabric from it. Now I have this POS I paid $100 for and don't know what to do with it. They should be fined or even thrown in jail for this false advertising.

I have never written a review before but need to warn people because this company is a SCAM. I bought a “rug” which when received was actually just a piece of fabric and when I emailed them to return for refund they said I needed to send back to China! Post office said $24 to do that. Azcozy only offered 25% for refund!!!! That is less than postage! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Wish I had checked them out before I ordered a worthless product.

Ordered a small rug. They confirmed the order and payment. Then I received a email notifying that they were out and would manufacturer more. Then I received another email stating that I could have a 10% discount on a further order while waiting for my original order. Then I received further emails in succession notifying me that the rugs were made, then being quality inspected, being sent to distribution, then to being USPS for delivery, and eventually I received a tracking number about 4 weeks after they charged my credit card. Finally after never receiving the rug and the tracking numbers given me all show delivery to different cities than my address I am filing a grievance with my credit card company. My opinion is that this company is a scam. An update My rug finally came five weeks after ordering it. Of course it was late for the birthday present that I intended it for. I wished they had just notified me of how long it would take and allow me the option of cancelling the order so I could find a more timely present. As for the rug, It looked like what I ordered and I am satisfied that it was as presented. However it is more a felt carpet than rug.

I ordered a rug from Azcozy, but received a product more like a tapestry or place mat. I tried to return the product to this US based company (product was shipped from China), and was told to return to their China warehouse and never was approved for full credit. One of several emails sent, said I could get 30% of the product refunded and a 20% off next purchase. If I were to ship it back to China, and get 30% refunded, I'd still be out more than I paid for this un-satisfactory item. Their web site is a total scam, their customer service is a total scam, their mission information is a total scam. DO NOT ORDER from Azcozy! You can not write reviews from their web site and if you review their web site reviews they are all good. Again.... do NOT order from this company. It is a scam! Please share this to everyone and anyone you know so they get the message that customers expect what they pay, and if NOT satisfied, a full refund would be expected.

Don’t buy from this company! All you get is a piece of felt! Reviews on their website are bogus! My 4 foot round rug was folded and placed in a bag that fit in my mailbox! Scam

If I could rate them a 0 I would. The worse company in the world. Whatever you do, don't order from them. I have been 3 weeks now and still have not received my item. No phone # to call them. I should have researched them before ordering. POOR, POOR, POOR!! Fraud, DO NOT ORDER
