AzcozyReviews of azcozy.com

This company is a scam. Beware if you order from them as they will not refund your money or answer your emails. They don't have a reachable phone number either. Please be careful of these online ads and ordering from online stores that are not reputable. I have filed a dispute with PayPal to recoup my money.

I think I was on EBay researching bedding.. Up poped AZCOZY. DID COMPARE shopping and of coarse I decided on them. Worst yet it was a first time shopping experience I was helping my sister with. Her first purchase on line!! She liked a hummingbird set. A complete set! 49.00 & 10.00 shipping. It took forever to get. When it finally came it was only 2 pillow cases & 1 very thin and cheap cover. It didn't even match the cases!! I also had no idea it was from China until we got the package. I'm pisd & Yes THEY SUCK! Who can go after them legally? They don't deserve this 🌟!!👹

This company is not worthy of a one star rating, it is terrible. Unfortunately, for me, no negative reviews were found prior to purchasing this crap. I ordered the Sunflower rug during the Labor day - half price sale. Anxiously I awaited it arrival, only to receive what resembles an overpriced floor mat! I contacted Azcozy "Lisa" and was directed to upload a picture to them so they could see what the problem was....there response had to do with the production... they would send me 30% of what it cost me..there answer to my reply of no thank you I want all my money back and wanted to return the item ... well ...they gave me a return address in Shanghai China...*#%!!!! i contacted them Lisa" again and explained I wanted a state side address and contact person ...that was three days ago >>>>no response yet ...I doubt they will respond! THIS COMPANY SUCKS_NEVER NEW I WASN'T BUYING AMERICAN....please do not buy their garbage..a mat is not a rug-unless your in China I guess:(

I purchased a tumbler on 9/20. Received an email that my item had shipped 9/28 and to allow 32hours for another email with tracking number. After waiting 9 days for the tracking number, I emailed the company. Lisa stated that they had shipped my order to the carrier and she would get back to me within 2-3 days with the tracking number. Received an email 10/10 that has the tracking information, but the tracking shows it didn’t actually ship until 10/10. If you hadn’t actually shipped the item, don’t tell the customer it had been.

I ordered a rug from azcozy about a month in a half ago and I still haven't gotten my rug and they tells me that they can't talk about my package anymore and then had the nerves to tell me to purchase another one with 40% off hell naw this company won't take anymore of my damn money

Its been 3 weeks and I haven't received my product and no information. There is no phone number listed even on website or in any of there emails. I got first few days religious messages of my product...and then suddenly they disappeared.Wish I would have read reviews before. Very bad experience.

DO NOT ORDER FROM!!! THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM!!!! IF YOU DID PURCHASE AND PURCHASED THROUGH PAYPAL, ESCALATE A REFUND. TAKE LOTS OF PICS OF THIS GARBAGE AND ESCALATE IT!!!! DON'T TRUST PURCHASING FROM FB FOR ANYTHING!!!!

I wish i would have read the reviews...received my "rug" today. I almost cried when I opened it. I was so excited that i finally found a great, decorative entry rug. When i opened my ENVELOP that containwd my "rug", i could not believe it. Not only was it more like a towel...or wall hanging, it was ugly! The colors were horrible. I immediately sent an email to the company, which after reading the reviews, now know that it will be a waste of time. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!
