Horrible. Just horrible. I contacted PayPal and had them look at the reviews on Trustpilot. I am sending them photos and they are looking at a refund for this transaction. They are also looking at shutting down payment through PayPal for this company and denying them the ability to take peoples hard earned money. This is the first time I have been taken in all my years of online shopping. I bought two "quilts" as gifts and would not give them to my cats to lie on. To date I have only received one item. Update: I have filed an IC3 complaint against this company and urge you to do the same if you have been a victim. The more complaints they get, the more likely something will be done about it.

Poor quality! Has a address from Texas on website but cheap, ugly, wanna be rug comes from china! It is a thick blanket with dots on the back for slipping. Do not waste your money! Run as fast as you can from this scam site! I GIVE IT AN F!

Doesn’t look anything like the picture of the quilt I ordered. Poor quality, poor colours just poor! Looked into how to return it and basically you can’t!

simply horrible cheap product, not as showing on a picture. the company register in USA but they ship from China, they want you to send the damage product back to china on your own expense.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, DO NOT BELIEVE ALL THIS BEAUTIFUL PICTURES THEY ARE SHOWING ON WEBSITE.

I should have read the reviews before ordering this Christmas rug. First of all it took almost a month to get here and when it did it had a huge hole in it about the size of a baseball. Very cheaply made and felt like foam. Trying to see if I can cancel my credit card if they do not refund my money.

FRAUD ALERT...BEWARE. I should have read the reviews, but I was totally taken by the photos and the prices. This company (and KayleeandTepid.com and several other lookalikes) will take your money and send you bogus, cheap inferior rugs and comforters--READ THE REVIEWS. I was lucky enough to cancel my order and get a refund a few minutes after realizing my mistake. It was too easy, however, because last night my credit card was compromised and my phone was hacked/spoofed in an effort to gain access to my bank account. They steal designs from other websites as well. Do your research and save yourself the heartache!
