Very fraudulent advertising
Very fraudulent advertising. Product that was received barely resembles what was shown. Very cheap - this is definitely a scam.

I would give this company a negative star if I could. I thought I was getting an actual twin comforter and 2 pillow cases. Even at 1/2 price, I still paid almost $60.00. The comforter is actually a thin sheet with a zipper for me to fill it with another comforter. Very misleading and very disappointing. Don't waste your time or your money!!

Total rip off. Paid for a quilt. Got a piece of material with birds printed on it and black backing! They have glowing reviews on THEIR company site, but if I had only check the BBB site and trustpilot before buying I would have seen that all the reviews are negative one star reviews! Not worth the price!

AZCozy, is telling me that a queen-sized quilt set was delivered and placed in my mailbox. LIARS! First off, a queen size quilt set would never fit in my mailbox. Secondly, the whole family spent the day outside we would have seen the delivery truck come up the driveway. Everyone needs to complain to the better business bureau. Complaint form online is quick and easy; only took me two min. This site and company is a scam! HORRIBLE! You will be wasting your money and worst your time, trying to get your money back. So frustrating!

I ordered bedding for my grandson as a Christmas gift. Opened the package, the duvet cover has a 2-inch round hole in it. Clearly not a tear. The packager must have seen the hole. I contacted the company, "Mary" offered me a 30% refund or I could ship back at my cost for a refund. I told her that I was not satisfied. She then responded that my case was closed "no refund" because the date was past 30 days. The duvet cover is useless and wasn't that nice.

I wish I read these reviews before I ordered. This is not a rug. It is a piece of foam with a very poor quality photo on it. I am about to contact PayPal for a refund. Unbelievable.

I ordered a rug, beautifully pictured and described on the website (with a Texas address). What I received was a cheap, thin, printed foam mat. I tried to resolve the problem with the seller, but they insist I must return the rug to an address in China. This piece of junk isn't worth carrying out to the trash, let alone shipping all the way to China. I've filed a complaint with PayPal and will hopefully get my dispute resolved with their help. I wish I had discovered Trustpilot reviews before I did business with this company. The reviews on the AZCozy website are all 4 and 5 stars, which I now know have to be totally fraudulent. On closer inspection, I discovered that there is no way to actually write a review on their site! 2/2020 Edited to add: I got no satisfaction from Facebook or PayPal, but I did file a complaint with Discover Card and they found in my favor and credited me the price of the merchandise!

Wish I had read these reviews before wasting my money. Photos are extremely deceptive. Borderline scam. I have escalated to PayPal trying to get a refund.
