I’d do zero stars if I could. Lousy, overpriced products. They look nothing like the pictures. They are so bad I will not give as gifts. Wish I had read the reviews first. I used PayPal and will definitely be contacting them.

Same here for me, Ordered a beautiful turquoise bedding set with embroidered stars and got a thin ugly blanket with stamped on stars. I requested a refund and was offered the same 30% refund. Luckily for me I used PAYPAL and I have filed a claim with them and they will refund my money plus the cost of shipping. If you used PAYPAL to pay for your order call them, They will help you. This company is nothing but a scam. The items shown in there adds are not what you will receive. Do not do business with them --- you will not like what you receive. They are a cheap knock off company and they need to be shut down. They are far worse than bad. I would give them negative 5 stars if I could. (BEWARE) LushGood and BeddingHolic are also part of AZCOZY. I got a name,phone number and address from AZCOZY to return there junk once I told them about the PAYPAL claim :Address: No.98，WangDongNan Roadm SiJing Town, 202100, Shanghai, China Recipient: ZhengSuLan Phone Number: 15890817875 Maybe the right person can use this info to shut them down. (New update) PAYPAL turned out to be a bust..... They said that they would only refund my money $79.90.....if I return the item. return shipping would be $80.00 to $100.00. Maybe we should review PAYPAL.

I also wish I read the reviews prior to purchasing the item. The product looks NOTHING like the picture! I thought I would be receiving a NICE Quilt. Instead, I got a thin piece of material with a blurry picture on it. My bedsheets are thicker! I threw it away, as the company is in CHINA!!!!!! I didin't want to go through the hassle of fighting for a refund. The glowing reviews on the website are LIES!!! Total Ripoff

Bought a rug that had stains all over it. They told me to send photos , which I did. Upon their review they offered to give me 30% of the cost back. Don’t deal with them!!

Ordered a quilt and when it arrived it looked NOTHING like the picture that caused me to order initially. Very poor quality.

The only reason they got a 1 star is because i cannot give them a -5!!. Absolute rip off. Trust me on this, the photos do not represent the actual product. You will get a substandard piece of garbage. I threw my order away.

I also wished I read these reviews. I placed an order for over 200 dollars and on Nov 27 they sent an email that my shipment will arrive in about 30 hours. Now it. Dec 12 a month later and I have tried everywhere to contact someone and it's not possible. I sent an email that I wanted a refund, never even received a tracking number, but have heard nothing. hey need to be reported to the BBB
