I ordered a bedspread back in Dec 2nd and was told that it has passed inspection and is on the way. They even gave me a tracking number but the USPS hasn't even received it as of yet. I've sent quite a few messages and no longer do I get a reply back. I'm not going to be out $87 and plan to notify Paypal and also my Discovery card to see if I can get my money for a product that seems to be in limbo. From now on I'll only order from Amazon or a more reliable source.

I ordered a throw in late November for Christmas gift and it hasn't been delivered, even though today is Dec. 23. I was not informed that I was unlikely to get my order in time for Christmas when I responded to the ad promoting their products for Christmas gifts. They must have put my order on a slow boat from China. Still reading other people's reviews, maybe it's just as well the throw isn't here, because it would be embarrassing to give it as a gift.

Ditto every other comment of this seller. We ordered a “quilt” which is a joke when we finally received!!! After numerous emails from Braydon, supposedly the owner, telling at what stage the “quilt” was in from “custom” production to “quality” assurance before shipping, to say I was shocked and sorely disappointed is a gross understatement!!! After reading all the other reviews, which, unfortunately, I didn’t do first, I’m racking this up as a very bad experience hopefully never to find myself in again! Not spending the money to ship back to China and tack on loss after loss with this product and seller!!!

Ordered bedding 11/29. Email confirmation said 7-10 days to ship, 8-12 days to deliver. The item didn’t make it to DHL until Dec 16 and is now sitting in customs and will not arrive before Christmas. The emails I’ve sent asking for updates are bouncing because their inbox is too full. If I would have realized this company was in China and didn’t make the item until ordered, I would not have purchased from them and definitely won’t again.

This is the WORST experience I have ever had. Azcozy has a United States address on website but the product comes from China. I ordered the bird quilt thinking I was ordering an item in the USA. when I tried to return it because it's POORLY made and not ANYTHING like it is described, I was told I had to send it to China and then would only receive a small portion of what I paid for the return (after they received it in China). I tried to appeal with Paypal and they rejected my claim. I cannot say enough about how disappointed I am. The website says 30 day guarantee. Obviously, this statement is FALSE.

I too received a “quilt” from Azcozy which was substandard in every way. The email address for their company is invalid, Has anyone even been successful in contacting them. What a sham!

I just sent a rug to my sister in Florida and it was supposed to be a small doormat. It was the size of a rug but no good as a doormat because there is no cushion or pile--it is only good enough as a dish drying rack! What a piece of junk, this doesn't even have any rubber on the back of it. Misleading and misrepresenting your product. According to my sister a towel would be more absorbent. Very disappointing, this was a Christmas gift. Glad it wasn't the only gift I sent her, but glad it was the only one I got from your company, azcozy! No sense in trying to get my money back and that's what they rely on. Never buying another item from China or this company again.
