THEY SHOULD BE IN JAIL!!! I cannot believe Paypal is associated with these crooks

Ordered a "quilted blanket" king size. Doesn't cover a queen size mattress. Weighs 3 lbs. Polyester.. Blurred image.. edging is horrid.. back is black with white threads. I would expect this blanket to cost around 19.00 at a family dollar store. Received several emails announcing it was being hand made. It is not. This was 99$ getting my money back has not been possible. Took photos...no way to post.

I made the mistake of ordering from Azcozy company. The quilted throw I received looks nothing like the photo in the ad. Colors are off and quilting itself is terrible. The weight is very light and the binding along the edge looks like it was done by someone just learning to sew. My e-mail inquiry about returning the item was a dead end. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

If I had the option it would be 0 stars. I ordered two rugs thinking they were coming from Houston, Tx. After waiting weeks for tracking details it finally showed up as shipping from China. When the rugs finally arrived they were made of very cheap material nothing like a rug and weigh less than two pounds. The colors in them are nothing like the picture and you can't hardly see what the picture is supposed to be on them.They were folded in a bag. After contacting them to send them back they were only offering a small partial refund. After contacting paypal they denied my claim and closed it. Don't waste your time and money on this company. It is a total scam!!

Wasn't made to order!!! It was a manufacturered !

They're liars in China, highly suggest anyone that gets a piece of garbage from them that you paid $50 for, do the right thing and call your credit card company and say that you never got it. azcozy can't do a thing. There is no signature on delivery. Stick it back to them otherwise they will keep scamming people. They didn't ship what they advertise anyway, just claim you never got it.

Ordered bedding and a matching rug. Can't get an honest answer from them where is the rug. And the bedding set is cheap quality - bad material, design cut off and I would be embarrassed to give this to my grandson as a gift. Don't ever buy from them.

Learned the hard way...Do not buy from this company OR its’ many subsidiaries (different names - same bad deal). Beware!
