Hello William, We are so sorry to hear that you received damages on your displays. It is not an everyday occurrence, but when shipping acrylic sometimes damages can occur during transit. Please reach out to us whenever you have an issue especially damaged goods, we are more than willing to assist. Hi Caroline, We have tried many times to contact you but have been unsuccessful. We do not have an order in our system with your name and you did not leave an order # or company name in your review. We even reached out to Trustpilot to try to help us locate your information. But we still have no way to contact you. At Azar we pride ourselves on quality products, excellent customer service and fast delivery.
