Great tool and great support.

Very professional organisation. Always prepared to support subscribers AND with quick, efficient and effective responses. Great team of people.

It's almost one year i purchase and use quiz maker from Ays Pro. It's work very well for my website. And today when i have problem to use Question Bank, i contact CS and not 24 hours already got the solution from them. hope it will become good investment for me for several years ahead. thanks Ays Pro support

This is the third year (or fourth) I rely on them for the quiz maker and survey maker plugin. In all this time I needed sometimes for support, and sometimes for upgrades or even custom modification (which I paid for, of course). Those guys (and girls) are always kind, efficient, reactive and always have solutions for every problems. They are just hands down one of the best services on the market.

Great plugins! I had some trouble setting it up, but the customer service helped me in less than two days the problem was fixed. Special thanks to Monica.

Everything is good, and if you have any question, the support team is very active.

Interactions with their customer service end of things were great. I made an error when ordering, had a credit card issue as well, and their responses were immediate, kind, helpful and appreciated.

Absolutely loved their plugin and their professionalism and generosity...i am using their plugin called Chartify...and it has pretty easy to build chart styles. While other plugins have the same common charts available, it has among other things, the organization chart builder as a distinct form of chart. I searched for some organisation type chart builders in the whole wordpress plugin repo but was totally disappointed with the lack of a desirable feature until i happened to find this plugin (chartify). I am so excited talking about this plugin that i totally recommend it to everyone in need of a chart building plugin with ease of use and beauty of style feature.
