Customer service $UCKS! Tried to sign up and had a problem - contacted customer service and total CRAP! They don't need or want new customers! Certainly happy that my failure to sign up - the tech support must be as screwed up! No phone numbers available and they can't call you - they must be running out of a $hit house somewhere in Russia!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND RIP OFF. I PLACED A ORDER AND CANCELLED IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS, AND THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFUND. I HAD TO CALL MY BANK AND SEND THEM THE THREAD OF EMAILS FROM THIS COMPANY SINCE YOU CAN'T CALL AND TALK TO ANYONE , TO GET MY MONEY BACK! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. UNPROFESSIONAL TO SAY THE LEAST.

Axvoice' service degraded a lot over the past 6 months. The service would disconnect in the house, and inbound calls went straight to voice mail. Efforts to reach them were unsuccessful. Eventually we had to leave. That's when the 'free' equipment became an overpriced 39.99 fee. Return instructions received from them are nothing short of arrogant. They charge you immediately for the equipment when you cancel, require you to return the equipment at your expense, you must provide them a tracking number, and then you must track it and call them (impossible) to get your refund. Plus, they require the equipment, power cable and LAN cable. Otherwise they will withhold the refund - at their sole discretion. Ok we decided to go to another company, but Axvoice was non responsive, then very aggressive over the refund. Not a good way to end a relationship. Go somewhere else - these folks from Buffalo NY are angry, aggressive, not interest in addressing their service issues, then strike back at customers who move on. Companies that are this arrogant should be avoided.
