Abysmal customer service and non-existent support. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from this company. Trying to request a basic document or resolve an issue is impossible. I was repeatedly transferred to different departments and left on hold indefinitely. To make matters worse, my last call was abruptly disconnected after waiting for 47 minutes. Their automated AI support offers no actual assistance either. I highly advise looking elsewhere for a company that values its customers' time.

My husband died 7 months ago. He had three accounts with Axos, one banking and two investment accounts. I have taken care of all his other accounts, but I have been unable to make any progress on the Axos accounts. None of the employees have any idea what to do with the inheritance process. I've been given completely incorrect information multiple times, but mostly they just don't bother responding to calls and emails. If you love your family and don't want to make them deal with the circus that is Axos support, on top of dealing with your death, I would strongly recommend staying away from all Axos financial products.

Axos are terrible. The app is really buggy, they make mistakes every year at tax time, hidden charges, lots of barriers to getting your money back out. Be very careful if you do manage to get funds out. It's likely Axis have lost your basis information & you will have to jump through hoops & even then might not get it. The worst thing ever was when Wisebanyan sold out to these clowns!

This was the worst sign up experience I've had at a bank. They took multiple weeks to process my application, it took over a week to get my card. Once I got the card I was immediately locked out of my account, never even let me sign in once. I verified everything, but they called me suspicious. Called the company and was on hold for over 30 minutes talked to no one, just a bot and being stuck on hold. Complete joke, horrible experience.

I was misled by false reviews and nearly lost everything. I owe everything to those in the bio who stepped in when I needed it most.

What went wrong? Deceptive advertising! interest of 4.66 was promised and when I looked into my accounts after a lot of money was transferred to these accounts I came to learn - only by searching - that I was ONLY receiving 1.44 percent. when I called I was given a polite and verbose explanation of the additional conditions I had to meet....so I withdrew all my monies and back to a 3.60 % without any conditions whatsoever.

stay away as much is possible, many hidden fees, after I pay 35 months everything on time online, last payment you have to make it over the phone to be charged 1% extra just to finish the payment, this is ridiculous, after getting thousands of dollars in interest they can’t take the last payment online? as I said “Stay away”

These people conspire with thieves, they lie and you should keep your money else where. I provided them with indisputable proof documentation of a fraudulent business that has been sued for "Breach of Contract Fraud" yet Axos, first constantly violates Regulation E and in fact did not return the stolen funds. And refused to provide the alleged documentation the fraudulent business provided to them. They FAILED!
