I like that they're physician led and that they don't rely on just one lab to verify their compounds. From what I've seen, they use multiple layers of testing, provide detailed COAs for each batch, and are transparent enough to share batches that don't meet their standards. That gave me a lot of confidence as a customer. I've seen a few complaints about international shipping times, but honestly, I think that's just part of ordering internationally. Customs can delay packages no matter who you order from, so I don't think it's fair to blame the company for that. Another thing I appreciate is that Axon stays in its lane.
