They don't return phone calls. I left 2 messages with no callbacks. I finally called them a 3rd time. Customer service is surly and unfriendly. They act like answering questions is burdensome. Getting any information out of them is like pulling teeth. When I asked questions about their product, the guy said "look it up online." When I asked if they could send us a unprinted sample so we could better understand what the final product looks like, he told me we could pay $35 plus shipping to get one. Our company wants to place an order for potentially hundreds of dollars. I said I thought that it was strange that they didn't provide samples on large orders. To that, he said, "Well, you can choose to order from us or not." And then he hung up on me.

Very efficient and communicative printing company. Prices can be a bit variable but they know what they do is good and are quick to respond to any questions and concerns. I've ordered art prints, custom notecards, acrylic prints, and more from Axiom and have had no long lasting issues beyond normal, expected ones. There was a blip with the acrylics but it was resolved quickly and with simple phone calls. The staff is human and available most of the time via email, and they're very helpful.
