Generic OEM rebranded junk at 12x the price.
Deceptive marketing and fraudulent documentation used in the sale of a hydrogen therapy machine sold by Axiom H2 for approximately $6,500. The company strongly implies through its website, interviews, and branding that this machine was created by them and is American-made. The machine displays an American flag sticker and patriotic branding. While the company avoids explicitly stating “made in the USA,” the overall presentation is clearly designed to mislead consumers into believing it is their proprietary American product. It is not. Identical or near-identical machines are available on Alibaba for approximately $500-$600. Axiom did not create, design or manufacture this machine. The company provides a so-called third-party safety and lab testing PDF claiming hydrogen purity and safety. This document is fraudulent. The PDF metadata shows it was created internally by an individual who works FOR Axiom (name withheld for privacy) on September 10, 2025, not by an independent laboratory. The tables in the document are visibly pixelated and manipulated. The document contains redactions, which is inappropriate for a safety report. These redactions can be removed using standard PDF software, revealing a Chinese company listed as the manufacturer, correctly identified by another 3rd party independent reviewer in 2024 via the company's own model number which was subsequently changed. The referenced lab does not exist as a legitimate hydrogen testing facility and the CMA number returns no search results. There are no legitimate third-party safety tests supporting this product. Based on my experience, Axiom engages in deceptive advertising, deceptive marketing, and the use of falsified documentation. They refuse to answer any questions about the document and only PARTIALLY refunded me. My entire business was based on their machine so I have lost a LOT. Request their "GC Test Report"- IF they still offer it. You SHOULD be able to get a full 3rd party lab safety report for a machine you are inhaling hydrogen from, into your lungs. It should have zero redactions, all the metadata available and be completely transparent. If it WAS cutting edge and high quality, you would be able to obtain a LEGIT 3rd Party Testing Lab report.Do NOT waste your money or risk your health. EDIT to address Axiom's response: The claim that this legal matter 'did not proceed in my favor' is false. No hearing has taken place and no judgment has been made. The case is set to be heard on August 13th. This is demonstrably untrue and is yet another example of the misinformation this company spreads. It's a pattern. Anyone wishing to verify the current status of this case may look it up using case number 26-VK-67733, General Sessions Court, Sullivan County, Tennessee. Further update: I want to note that I lost my case because I didn’t realize I needed an expert witness to explain metadata to the court. I thought it was common knowledge that metadata is forensic evidence - turns out it’s not. If anyone is considering taking similar legal action, bring an expert witness to testify about the evidence. I’m happy to share my case documents with anyone pursuing this. I’m easy to find on social media if you want to reach out.
Response from Axiomh2Jul 16, 2026
For nearly 2 years, this customer used their Axiom H2 system without a single reported issue. When a refund was requested well beyond our policy terms, we honored a $4,000 return in good faith and received the unit back in perfect working order. A subsequent legal claim did not proceed in their favor. Our third-party GC documentation is authentic, independently validated, and available to any verified customer upon request.
