I would give this company a negative rating if there was one. After purchasing a leather jacket, I was directed to download a tracking app that told me the product was being delivered (and had been delivered) to my billing address, not my shipping address. It did not show up. After contacting them, I was told it might be held in customs - to wait a few more days. I recontacted them and told them there are no customs within the U.S. (which is where the shipping app said it came from). They had no answer for that. Finally, when they decided to tell me the truth, they showed it coming from Shanghai (that's a far cry from Indiana where they said it originated). But they did offer me a 30%refund for their problems. Next though, the jacket didn't fit. No, they wouldn't give me a refund but a voucher to buy something else. Thank you but NO thank you. You would do better looking elsewhere for a leather jacket. Don't get caught up in this mess.
