Packaging could be improved. My order had been almost opened during the transit, maybe it was the customs but it was almost open from the corners.

The delivery was not on time (3 days late) but rest assured the jacket is great. Four stars due to the delay.

Had a small issue with the delivery which isn't exactly Axel Wears fault rather the local shipping company but they should include some DHL options if possible. Thats all

Great product but the delivery process needs to be improved. Because of that i reconsidered on buying 2 more jackets for my sons.

Company has on its site a policy where you can cancel your order within 12 hours. I wrote to them within an hour and while I got the first response few hours later, I got another email today asking me if I wont change my mind if they provide a 15% discount coupon. Very shady practices, seems almost like a scam. Will update this review if the situation changes. Update: In the end the amount (while several euros lower- apparently because its a different currency) was refunded. So changing the rating accordingly.

I will change this rating as needed, but "ships within 1-3 business days" is simply not true. Ordered on 10/11/22 and either hasn't shipped or hasn't been updated in system. It's now 10/19/22. Hoping all is well and for a little more communication in the future. *Edit: a day or so after this review, the company contacted me and addressed the shipping issue. Aftership, the app they use to track shipping, says its on its way. Will update when product gets here. Edit 11/01/22: received product and what was expected. From order to delivery took about 3 weeks. Overall happy with experience.

Quite happy with my purchase after wearing the coat for some time, Good quality and looks nice.
