I bought a jacket that was to big. The person I bought it for was not available until 28 days after receiving it due to being away at work. He tried it on, it was to big. I asked axel wears if I could please exchange for a small. They said they had a 14 day return policy from date of purchase. We'll the item took longer than 14 days to get here so that policy was automatically voided. I asked please I just wast a site exchange, they said no, I could buy another with 10% discount after they raised the price on the jacket $20. So I'd still pay more. I am furious with axel wears. Don't waste your time or money

Scammy chinese site with poor quality cloth

poor quality item for the cost. poor sizing. long delivery time. would not allow returns as the return has to arrive back to their warehouse within 14 days of receiving the item

I ordered a jacket from here after seeing an ad on Facebook and I haven’t received any form of update other than confirmation of the order, so I did some research and believe that it is not a real company and I have asked them for a refund and to cancel my order, Stay Away and use trusted sellers

It's not what you think an will loose or never send item an you'll loose hundreds pounds plus the 15 pounds to track something Royal mail never received but says it's there but they have no idea an contact distribution an the internet says there a scam alxel wares my delivery . I may yet still get it Monday

I normally wear XL jacket, ordered 2XL so that I could comfortably wear sweater or sport coat under the winter car coat I ordered. I can’t zip up the jacket even with just a tshirt on. Way too small. I’ve sent an email asking to return 24 hours ago now and no answer. Will repost if they respond and refund.
