ordered a leather bag received a cheap vinyl sack you would expect from $2 shop don’t order.

I purchased items and received a confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking information showed processing. Move forward a month the tracking number still shows processing. They have not responded to my emails and I have not received my products. I am now trying to get my money back with no success.

I purchased a coat from Axel Wears website in December of 2024. It was delivered 3 weeks later. The size didn't fit my husband and he didn't like the quality. I requested to return it. After 3 e-mails and attempts to convince me to keep the coat with 30% of refund, they sent me the returning address in Oregon, saying that they will refund money if the coat will be returned in good condition. The coat was returned to an instructed address. Money have never been refunded. I've provided AxelWears with trucking number, status - delivered. Their Support member, Nina, refuses to refund money.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM! When I received the item I purchased the fit was completely off. The sizes were correct but the shoulders were far too bulky and the overall cut did suit my. This I appreciate can happen with any clothing provider. When I returned the item I mailed them about my return to start the process within the next day. Once Axel had provided return details I eventually shipped the item (you have to make a manual request for returns, and I had to take photos and videos of me wearing the item). I had to pay £40 or so to ship the item back to the states (almost half the price I paid). I shipped the unit a day or two past the return date and so they claimed that it no longer fell within return policy (even though I had requested the return within policy). As an act of "good will" they claimed they would pay me half the value of my item back. At this point this just covers my return fee. This all happended in July last year, they acknowledged reciept of the jacket but are yet to pay me the $60 they owe me. I have been completely screwed by this transaction as it has cost me over £100 with return charges etc, and they still keep responding with the money will appear in my account. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Just scammers sending cheap clothes from China pretending that they are a clothing company that is closing down. I received a cheap, unlined Jacket with no label, fake pockets, not the measurements advised and which was not even the same colour as on their webpage. Avoid them like the plague. I wish I could give them a zero rating

I ordered a pair of shoes two months ago. They have still not arrived and Axel and Gray are ignoring my emails. Do not order from this company!

I would rate this company NEGATIVE 10 stars if I could. Indif get my coat, EVENTUALLY but I paid for expedited shipping, and they had to refund that because of delays, and they kept changing the days that it was going to take, I used their the size guide to pick my 3X. Which is what fits me in every other coat? And I got it and uh, I can zip it, but just barely if it's more like a large or an extra large, I ordered it on December 30th and I got it today and that was yeah, paying expedited shipping, which they did return. But it took probably 15 emails or so .I absolutely will NOT be ordering from them again.Due to many company issues, even though it's a good product

AVOID! This is a very shady company, scammed me out of 200 dollars. They lure you in with generous discounts, hoping you'll make a purchase. Once you have you're in trouble. In my case, the jacket they sent me was too small. So I requested a return and sent the jacket back. I still have not got my money back. They'll make up some terrible excuses to stall and then they just stop answering. There is only Silence from them now. I've been trying to contact them ever since. Avoid if you value your money.
