AWOLReviews of awolvision.com

I have bought new Aetherion Max and large ALR screen from Kickstarter. Projector had a defect, and they took it back for a replacement pretty quickly. I was informed on every step. New one arrived faster that a week and finally have my perfect home theater.

At first, my wife was not enthusiastic at all about the idea of buying an AWOL projector with such a large screen. Today, however, she has become the biggest fan of the entire setup. Our TV has become practically obsolete. I am already using my second AWOL projector, and the new Aetherion Max has truly impressed me. Especially in dark and black scenes, it delivers noticeably better image quality than its predecessor, the LTV-3500 Pro. By now, we are both thrilled. Not only my wife, but I have also become a true AWOL fan!

As an early Kickstarter backer (backer number under 30), I’ve been using the AWOL Aetherion Max for over two months now, and it has exceeded expectations. The Product: The image quality is fantastic, and the user experience is smooth and intuitive. I was honestly surprised by how well it performs in full daylight without pulling down the blinds, even on my 0.8 gain screen. For gaming, the response time with the PS5 Pro is super crisp and fast. One practical tip: Keystone adjustments don't leave a huge amount of room for error, so make sure you plan your physical placement/space properly. Customer Service: I hit a minor hitch with the DLP chip, but AWOL’s customer support handled it flawlessly. They immediately logged the issue, I shipped my unit in, and I had a brand-new replacement in under two weeks. The support team was extremely friendly, communicative, and kept me updated every step of the way. 5/5 stars for both the projector and the team behind it. Highly recommended!

Jumped on the Kick starter program for the Aetherion Max just projector. During the waiting period my email provider changed my email address. Informed AWOL and there was no problem on their end. Informed Kick starter and they informed me that the existing account and all information would need to be deleted and a new account started. Fearing my information and money would disappear, I reach out to AWOL who kept in constant contact with me with assurances that the projector would be delivered. The "Max" arrived last week and even though the theater room isn't complete I hooked up the projector and let it just shine onto a wall. Very excited with the picture already which is spurring me on to get the room completed. Many thanks to AWOLfor keeping me in the loop making sure my information was not lost. Great group of people to work with and Sheldon bent over backwards to keep me informed. I am sure he was pulling his hair out with the number of emails that he got from me. Will definitely work with them again when the next gen projector cones out...

Huge shoutout to their customer support and Ray for the help troubleshooting my issue! Bought Valerion VisionMaster Pro2 a year ago, truly a wonderful product. It sometimes still brings a huge smile to my face just by looking at the gigantic screen on the wall right in front of me and appreciating its color and clarity, just like how I felt the first day I bought it! Lately, I've been playing more PC games on this thing and noticed image tearing, although I'm aware that this could be common for many 60hz display without VRS, but I still emailed them to see if this could be a specific issue with my PC's compatibility or a known issue with others. I have exchanged many emails with Ray and he has been a great help, providing great troubleshooting steps I(some what a tech guy) didn't even think of. He's really patient and the instructions were clear and indepth. And at the end, I was extremely shocked and totally didn't expect that they even offered me complimentary gifts! I was a happy boy unboxing the projector and seeing that big screen for the first time, and more than a year later, I'm still happy with their customer services!!

First I will say that I'm basing my experience on their customer service and their product, Aetherion Max. I backed their Kickstarter and anxiously waited among the thousands of other backers. When it arrived I immediately unboxed the projector to see how it looked and the packaging was very well done with no visible imperfections, scrapes or dents. I was excited and immediately powered it up and projected it onto my wall (not the intended viewing surface but I just couldn't wait). In my experience the product has delivered on all accounts. The product produces an amazing image at 120" on my floor-rising projector screen. On my textured wall it looks really good even though there is texture that causes tiny shadows due to the angle of the light projecting upward. But I bought the screen for this projector so that's what I use and the picture quality is outstanding. I did have a scare when I was setting it up and I'd reached out to customer service. This outreach was on a Saturday and I was contacted by them very early on the following day (Sunday). I'd discovered the solution to my concern on my own but I was happy to know that their customer service was responsive and ready to assist. I do want to get their ThunderBeat sound system but I'm not sure I'll drop the cash for that at the moment. The projector has a very good built-in speaker so I'm going to be using that for the time being. Great product and equal customer service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Unbelievable Picture Quality – Highly Recommend! I’ve been using the **AWOL Vision Aetherion Max** for a bit now, and my overall experience has been absolutely incredible. The projector quality is easily the best I have ever seen. Because it uses a true triple-laser system and has 3300 ISO lumens of brightness, the colors are insanely vibrant and the image is incredibly sharp right out to the edges of the screen. Even during the day with some light in the room, the picture stays completely clear and doesn't look washed out at all like older projectors used to. **What I love most about it:** * **The Best Image Quality:** The 4K sharpness and black levels are phenomenal. Watching 4K movies or playing games with Dolby Vision feels like being in a premium theater. * **Ultra-Short Throw:** It sits right up against the wall, so nobody walks in front of the beam and blocks the screen. * **Built-in Google TV:** Super fast and easy to navigate all my streaming apps right out of the box. If you are looking to build a home theater setup or replace a massive TV, do yourself a favor and get this. The quality is unmatched!

I have an Aetherion Max and an issue doing the update. The support from AWOL was absolutely fantastic. The projector was back up and running in no time at all. As for the product itself it’s just stunning. Can’t recommend the company and product enough.
