This company is a scam. They are not located in the US what so ever. They will not answer if you call the number listed on their website and they will only reply to you at about 1am because they're really located in China. I placed an order with them before reading reviews here. As soon as I read the reviews, I requested a refund with them, which falls under their own refund policy that states if you request one in the first 24 hours, they will refund 90% of your order. To me, this was still worth it so that's what I asked for. They initially refused to refund it, so I filed a claim through PayPal. They then changed their tune and said they would refund my 90% if I dropped my case with PayPal. I dropped the case and they still didn't refund my order. I had to finally tell them that if they didn't refund it in the next 24 hours that i would open another case with PayPal and they would get the full amount from them. This finally got them to refund me 90%. This whole process took about a week even though I emailed them 20 minutes after placing my order to ask for the refund.

Poor quality. More like a medium thick blanlet with no grips on the bottom and the seams started coming apart the second day I had the rug. Don't buy from here.

Beware of this scammers! I bought an equipment from them, that they claim could iron and fold cloths, it was all over Facebook, but it's been over 5 months ago and up till now, no delivery. When I sent them an email via the email they provided on the confirmation email they sent me, it was invalid. Noting but cheap scammers!

** DO NOT ORDER FROM AWESTORMS!!! ** I wish I could give this place 0 stars as they don’t even deserve 1. My fiancée ordered our son a rug from awestorms on April 23rd. It’s now May 23rd and we STILL have not received it! We have been asking them about it over and over and over and today they decided to send us a message saying it was “damaged” and being “expedited” when it should have already been in the first place seeing as they charged $10 expedited shipping upon ordering. We no longer even want the stupid rug, we just want a refund so we can take our business to one who deserves it. ** UPDATE ** : It is now June 7, 2020 and STILL no rug!! Also, no response on a refund either. My fiancée ended up having to call his bank just so we could finally get our refund!!

It took a month for it to ship, it now says the rug is in my city and its been 4 days with no delivery still! Frustrating!

False advertisement calling this a rug. The mat I received is extremely poor quality and will not even lay flat. The product is a joke as well as their return policy. I paid $96 for this item that Is not functional. Save your money and time.

Cheap Chinese crap. Photos on the site do not reflect terrible products and descriptions are misleading. Do not fall for this scam.

It’s the same site as azcozy.com just with different fake names in their about us and a fake location. It’s a total scam and these sites should be shut down. They aren’t even in the US like they state and are literally run by all the same people or scam group that run the other bs rug sites. Everything is poor quality and ships from China. I don’t get how they get away with it.
