Ordering was easy and convenient. However, it was a little misleading. I ordered a yeti with monogramming and thought I was getting a script font but got a block font instead. I am very happy with the end result but not exactly what I originally wanted.

I had trouble getting the proof, was told it would be emailed to me. After not receiving it, I called and was told it was in "my account". After approving my proof, there was a delay in production but they called me and told me about it but thankfully our banquet was postponed by 5 days and the tumblers cups came in just in time, they looked great. Shipped was more than they quoted, that's why I gave 4 stars. Would use them again:)

Hello, Thank you for your review. We apologize that your experience wasn't completely smooth. During the online ordering process, we do indicate that you will receive an email notification to return to your account to view your proof. Also, the shipping costs are provided directly from UPS based on your zip code and the weight of the order. Once you place your order in your shopping cart, you can get a shipping 'estimate' at that time. Since you can only provide a shipping zip code for the estimate, the estimate and the actual shipping cost can vary slightly once you provide your entire shipping address during checkout.
