There is so much I have learned about myself since starting the Spiritual Life Coach certification course with Sophie Frabotta. Things I never would have imagined. My inner-child and I are in such a better place now, I've created such a safe and happy space for her. I feel like a different person. I've processed traumas I wasn't aware of and many I knew were there, but didn't know how to handle. There's still work to do, but I'm in a better place. I've overcome my fear of death and I've reconciled my love of Jesus with my spiritual path, seeing that they don't have to be separate.
