I ordered a 250th anniversary flag from them in June of 2026 and they said it was delivered the first week in July but it was never delivered. My email statuses said it was in Customs the first week of July. I filed a complaint with PayPal and they were in favor of the company because they showed it was delivered but it never was. I have been going back and forth with them and still have not had a resolution almost 2 months later.

They get a one star rating as I received the merchandise. But it was pure crap. They advertise 100% money back guarantee within 90 days ….. it’s bullshit!!!! A 20$ USD order and they start offering 2$ USD, then they up to 4$ USD when I refuse they up at 6$ which is the most they will offer as refund…. Not a trust worthy company! What did I expect from USA 🇺🇸

The product that I received represented the description given in the advertisement, but the quality was well below expectations. For example, the item was advertised as embroidered, but this only consisted of a stitch around the perimeter of the item. Further, when ordering, one does not expect things.Take quite so long. It took a total of about sixty days for the items to arrive. Although I asked for refunds two or more times customer service did respond and indicated the items were on their way.

I purchased both of your dinosaur pop-up books for my grandson. For the price I paid, I expected very high quality books, but these are cheap, flimsy materials. I expected sturdy books with multiple pop-ups of different sizes . One of the books had four pop-ups while the other one had three of the same pop-ups as the first book. Both books arrived with already creased bindings. I am extremely disappointed! Don’t waste your money.
