The Avvo-selected attorney who responded to my request was polite, professional, understanding, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He addressed my issue and provided with a solution, all within the span of 10 minutes.

Responded right away, analyzed paperwork quickly and offered good honest advise on how to handle the situation at hand. Even referred us to another lawyer who he highly recommended.

the call lasted for 8 mins. The only advise i got is to go see a lawyer which I knew but he is not even interested in asking what questions you have. I dunno why I paid for the advise session. I strongly advise to not to use this session

He was honest and open. He let me know what was up and didn't try to milk the time. Good legal advice.

It wasn't good. First lawyer was somewhat helpful, but the second was annoyed they even had to call me. I'm sure you have great lawyers, but this one didn't give a damn. I was just a box to check. They didn't even look at my papers before calling me. What a waste of everyone's time. I went with another law firm. A bit more expensive, but my time and money aren't wasted with this one.

My lawyer was very kind but gave me the wrong advice and was told to apply for a holiday visa when my significant other clearly did not meet all the requirements for the holiday visa. Shortly after our phone call ended I discovered very quickly that that clearly wasn't the correct advice.
