Fantastic service! I didn't get the answer I wanted, but got the answer I needed. Very quick response time and much less expensive than leaving home to visit an attorney in his or her office.

Very honest and helpful in providing the next steps to take for our situation.

Had to pick two different lawyers to find out that one could not take the case then the other does not go to the court I needed to file. I did not want to do it myself that is why I went to the service. Have not heard if I will be refunded anything as they could not service my legal need. I may just have to look on line for a lawyer in town and pay a full fee to get what I need. Not quite what they advertise on the commercial.

I have used Avvo many times in the past so I guess I was bound to have a bad experience at some point. However, that is not acceptable when getting legal advice (for legal advice I expect 100% courteous 100% right 100% of the time). Usually if a lawyer does not understand my question or does not know the answer they just tell me and we discuss where I might be about to find an answer (and I may try again with another lawyer). But it is unacceptable when a lawyer is rude and attacks me to cover their own ignorance. Avvo is a nice service, but I guess that for a inexpensive consultation you sometimes get a cheap consultation.

The attorney that took my call (Asheton B. Call) was very helpful, answering all my questions. He provided excellent advice, enabling me to make a decision. I continued with Mr Call & his legal services to help me through the process. He & his staff have provided great service. I would definitely recommend Avvo & Mr Call.

I had Theresa Gomes review my prenuptial agreement. She was prompt and communicative, and she explained her concerns clearly without being condescending. I anticipated some of her concerns, so we were able to have a quick but in-depth conversation about them. I recommend going in prepared - she'll have great insights for you. I sincerely hope I never have to have a prenup reviewed again, but I would absolutely choose her again.
