Honest and knowledgeable

Very easy to schedule. Got the advice I needed.

I found the 15 minute time frame sufficient to answer a fairly straightforward contract question. Very handy to have such a service available for quick need like this. I was happy with the attorney, felt he was knowledgeable and easy to talk with. Would use the service again.

until now I don't know the answer, I participated in the 15 minutes consultation for $39 and I even got two different answers from the same lawyer. If USCIS declined my eligibility for citizenship and determined that my "physical presence" and my "continuous residency" was "interrupted" for remaining abroad for more than 6 months but less than a year. I came back to the State on June 5th 2014 and have accumulated 30 months of physical presence. Since then my continuous residency was not interrupted and maintained financial and other physical ties to US. should I apply on June 6th 2018 or June 5th 2019? Is it true that if I stayed out of the state for more than a year then I can apply after 4 years and one day. But if I stayed more than six months and less than a year then I can apply after 5 years. This doesn't make sense.
