Really wouldn't use this service again. The lawyer who was allocated to me was rude and inefficient, and did nothing to clarify the relatively simple legal issue I had. In the end I managed to speak to another lawyer (not through Avvo) who was 100% better in every respect. That lawyer should be struck off, and I have no interest in using Avvo as a result.

My questions were answered thoroughly.

The session was thorough and easy to set up. I would recommend the service to people seeking quick consultation.

Mister Ken Foote was a brilliant attorney with wide knowledge on family and a criminal law he was very articulat answering my questions and advising me the legal steps for my defence and wats my standing ground as I calle it also had patience and a noble attitude

I had 1 very specific question. "When is it acceptable to have my employee, a driver driving a company car, clock out? At their last drop off, or when they get home? The attorney I spoke with was unable to answer my question and said he would call me back. I never did receive a call back and I feel like I wasted $39. I understand him not knowing the answer but he should have called me back when he did get the answer. I only gave this two stars because I like the idea of the service and I'm sure it works out for some people. However, it didn't for me and I wasted $39.
