If you want " May be " or " might be " type of answers you can contact Avvo. I did not get a call from lawyer but from his assistant. She seemed to be with knowledge but did not provide a definite answers.

Lawyer states he would email us all …
Lawyer states he would email us all info as he looked into our case and we never heard back! Feel as if someone stole/scammed money out of us!!
