Save some time and use this service before visiting attorneys offices.

Very thorough and thoughtful review of operating agreement that required serious editing. It Took days to get to speak to someone as there was no one in my area, And when i picked someone in another area under the topic choices they were definitely not the right person, what they should have done was got off the phone so i could get someone closer to what I needed, but they spent almost the whole time getting up to speed on my specific situation then telling me they were not the best person. She was very friendly but i was not in need of friendly.
