Had a trip booked through Avoya's agent, 'Dano.' He misrepresented and shorted the shipboard credit until after we booked and it was too late to change. He also managed to mess up the airline reservation and, instead of us getting to our departure port early in the morning two days before cruising (so we could have 2 full days exploring the historic city before departure), he messed up the flight reservation and we didn't get there until late at night, so we only had 1 day to explore. I haven't written before because soon after we returned home, my dear spouse was diagnosed with a fatal illness. His slipshod lack of service shorted my spouse that extra day in port that she wanted so very much - but she never got. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend him or the Avoya travel agency.

I can't get them to stop emailing me with ads. I have 'successfully unsubscribed' several times and the emails keep coming. They even show up after I make them SPAM.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! Lorraine A caused more trouble and confusion than she did help. Even being first time cruisers we had to prompt her on everything, including deals from Disney she had NO idea about. When we asked for a break down of our travel plans in a single email she just referred to pass emails, with zero help. After our cruise we were left stranded at the port bc the ground transport she arranged was nowhere to be found. Lorraine had the nerve after to say it was Disney transport and we can't get a refund, yet we were never told how any of our ground transport would get ahold of us, or who they were prior to the trip. Thankfully the trip was amazing bc Disney does a great job, and the only good thing about the trip being over is we no longer have to deal with Lorraine and Avoya. I would NEVER go through Lorraine or Avoya Travel again, and wouldn't suggest my worst enemy us them.

Avoya refused to investigate their agent who abandoned me. 12 hours before departure she cancelled my international flights I made and paid for. She never arranged another flight after it was cancelled. A HORRIBLE experience.

How I regret every landing on their webpage. Some of you can relate. You are looking to cruise and casually check a few travel agency websites to compare prices. And, really, you should be able to do that with a certain amount of privacy. After landing on and casually checking prices on Avoya Travel's site, I regret it with each passing day. This site forces you to supply personal information before it shows you prices. In doing so, I found that I would be continually harassed by phone calls from their agents and countless email advertisements that I can't unsubscribe from. I click on the unsubscribe button in my email and it takes me to their webpage with no further instructions. The harassing newsletters then continue. Go read the complaints on their Better Business Bureau page from both customers and employees before making a decision to deal with this company.
