Avoya TravelReviews of avoyatravel.com

agent: Simona Petrone Booked several travel tours with Collette and Gate 1 and independent excursions through her. NEVER any issues. including getting refunds, when things have been cancelled by vendors and covid. Great tour: suggestions, tips, best travel months, airline/flight layover options, trip insurance recommendations, ++++ My living 1200+ miles away from her Florida office is never a problem. She communicates/responds effectively/timely by phone, email etc. All questions and concerns are addressed thoughtfully. Simona always follows up post tour to ensure all went well.

doug p has been planning my travel for about ten years. altho we have mostly concentrated on AMA river cruises….with five star treatment….i am expanding my travel this year and doug has been great in making suggestions and getting me special deals. we are still working on the details but i know it will be another great experience.

I was really afraid to try to plan a land tour by myself. I was so impressed by Page Beckwith with Avoya Travel, in a timely manner, she always e-mailed or called me back when I had a question. She helped navigate the website with such ease. She helped me and my husband to plan a guided land tour, a trip of a lifetime to Italy. I will use Avoya Travel again.

Since Nov 2024 when i booked my cruise with Patricia Begrowicz she has been a great help we have been in contact a couple of more times and she has been great with some changes, very friendly and professional.

We throughly enjoy working with Julia Liess on our travel plans. We know our trips are going to be very enjoyable before we even leave home because of all of the hard work Julia puts in to make sure we will!

Had the pleasure to work with Ken who took his time to explain the options and guided us through the process of booking our cruise.

Laurie was very helpful. I was trying to setup our 50th anniversary vacation and make it special on a limited budget. Laurie worked hard and got what I wanted including insurance for within $18 of my budget. We are so looking forward to the trip on the train.

Our agent, TINA ALLEN, went above and beyond to meet our needs. We will continue to use her to plan any and all of our future trips.
